Yes. We allow users shell access to their servers if the account is more than 30 days old and the server is not a trial.
This must be requested through our support team.
The shell access to the server will appear as an extra tab in the Control Panel as shown below.
Note: We maintain the right to remove shell access from users who abuse the policy.
