Can a server be restored after it is deleted?

Yes. We are able to recover files from deleted server for up to 90 days after a server has been deleted.

If you would rather us not hold a copy of your server files on deletion - send a support request and we will delete our copy immediately.

We might not retain every file associated with your server - but we will always retain at least the world files so you do not lose your progress.

We do not retain manually added mod files. These mod files are large, and publicly available files - it doesn't make sense for us to keep copies of these files as part of your server's final backup. We highly recommend you utilize the mod managers built into our panel. Mods installed via the panel can be re-added to your server automatically on restore.

How do I restore a server?

This is a manual process currently - please raise a support ticket with the team, or chat to us in Discord.

We aim to make this a one-click automatic process in the long run, but this feature is not available yet.
