What uptime do you offer?
We offer 100% uptime - not only do we offer it, we guarantee it. If your server ever goes down we will happily refund you double the hourly cost for the duration of the downtime.
How do I upgrade my server?
Upgrading your game server is easy with ServerFlex and it can be done through the Control Panel in just a few clicks. Start by heading to your server in the Control Panel, and find the button labelled Resize Server on the right.
What hardware do you use?
We build our servers with some of the best hardware available, always using DDR4 RAM and NVMe SSDs for memory and storage. Unlike other providers we do not assemble our servers with previous generation parts, like DDR3 memory or older SATA SSDs.
